Hey guys, I have a quick question, It's not entirely relevent to your firmware in particular but since I run your very nice firmware (thank you for all your work guys) I will ask here.

It's basically a need to clear something up:

Basically, as with a lot of other people, I have fully customised my PSP, Theme, XMB icons, prx's, delete some unneeded prx's etc. Question is, if i decide to change to a different, say earlier, or decide to reinstall the same CFW i currently run again (to fix bugs etc) is there any chance of bricking due to missing/different files.

In future should I keep original backups of the flash0/flash1 to restore before performing any flash?

I hope you understand my meaning with this question, if not i will be happy to clarify.

Thanks again guys, I am about to update to #4 right now.

the saved way is to make a backup of the flash0 (without mods) and befor updating, flash to an basic version, and than update.

flash1 is not realy needed to backup because you don't make mods there, and you can normaly delete the entry flash1 without bricking.

Ok, I will make sure for future. So, for present, assuming I didn't keep an unmodified backup of my flash0 what are my options?

Like Knuckles said, you should always have an unmodified backup of flash0, just in case something goes wrong. If you didn't make one, you can download one from this link:

Thanks, I'll make sure I keep backups in the future.
