Update M33-4 systemctrl.prx is uncompressable

for some mods (specifiaclly USBMod by theBuzzer) systemctrl and vshctrl need to be edited. In previuos updates both prx's were compressed gzip but in M33-4 vshtrl is still gzipped but systemctrl seems to be uncompressabel as it is not gzipped. Team M33 can you shed some light on the compression/decompression for systemctrl prx on Update 4

i have come to the coclusion that M33 systemctrl.prx is sigchecked by a means different to sony's. can anyone confirm this
