Which is Better way to reinstall OFW (for repair bad blocks) and ridowngrade 1.5 ?

Can anyone help me ?
I read a lot of 3d about bad block and i understood that for repair it i must install OFW.
Now i'd like to know which is better and safe procedure to install OFW end then ridowngrade to 1.5 for install CF.

Now i'm on CF 3.52-4 M33 motherbord is TA079/81.
Is This correct ? Is the best way ?

1. return on 1.5 with recovery,
2. upgrade OFW 2.0
3. downgrade with pandora (1.5)
4. Install CF 3.52 (i must to run Kexlpoit also if i have TA079 ?)
For downgrade from OFW 2.0 to 1.5 is better Pandora or another downgrade (MPH_SXT Downgrader1.0 for example)

I'afraid to corrupt motherboard keys, now psp work good

I think much better is to install CF 3.52

I think more better to install CF 3.52

CF installation don't repair bad blocks.
In the future M33 could improve in CF installation lflash_fatfmt.prx this resolve bad blocks
