you sholud have:

USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN
USRDIR/EBOOT_MP.BIN

extract the DLCs and replace the edats with the ones i provided...then inject the NPEB01797 DLCs folder alongside the game and everything will be OK...

having idps allows injecting genuine and forged edats in a 481 ofw backup BUT on restore ONLY the genuine edats are restored on 481 ofw...the forged ones are filtered...

sdats are never ever (not even once) local...

sdats are never ever (not even once) local license no matter if the game is retail or psn/app (the 0x0B offset is always 0x00)...so, there is no need to re-sign them before injection...
