Hello, I hate to feel like i'm ignoring anybody, especially my fans and user base, but real life was so demanding lately and I didn't have any time to keep up with the ps3 work, actually I dedicated a lot more time to spend with my 2 kids and stepped away from my usual "geeky" attitude I may work on 4.55CFW as my free time allows, ( no promises of anything or ETA here, i will just try to check about the changes in version 4.55 and build a proper CFW )
Cheers to all the fans and friends...

nice to see your reply.
abkarino told me before you anounced :p
its all same as 4.55
if you are planning on normal cfw then simply allocating syscall table and 1 location of lv1 and 1 location of vsh patch.
btw can you help me in this cobra era?it isnt working on 4.55

Hi Habib, i will check OFW4.55 first, then i may look into Cobra features/source, i didn't check Cobra sources yet and i have no idea about the payload used or the patching needed to merge Cobra features with the CFW.
I will let u know about it if i had the time to work on it.
Edit:
If Cobra features can be added with only a payload that goes into lv2_kernel then maybe we can do it through the manager and not hardcoded into the FW itself like we use to do in the past with PL3 and Hermes payloads by letting the manager loads the appropriate payload at startup, this will eliminate any brick risk and will keep the CFW stable and as close to OFW as possible, i'm still assuming things now because I have never looked at the sources yet, if that's the case (payload alone is enough) then I will work it out with Dean.
Cheers
