Hello, xetrin, In my case update screen doesn't complete. Stick on it. And I dont know why. I transfer game over ftp and use CFW 4.81. I do all as must I do but with no success. Fron your pics I saw You used backup and restore options. Your console is below 4.81, right?
I mentioned language is set to russian, my is english. Does it matter?

GT6 with all patches has VERY MUCH files
Transfer it on CFW over FTP is not good idea...

Hi, friend! I have all perfectly working on OFW 4.70 (tested). Are you transferring from ftp? I am transferring and recovering from external HDD and all nice! I again check it tomorrow.

As xetrin said, try to transfer it to CFW over external HDD (with MultiMan or another). Try to start it on CFW: if it not run on CFW - it does't run on OFW too.
Another way - partially copy it on CFW over FTP (folder by folder, if error - restart PS3 and repeat). And don't forget to rebuild database on CFW in the end of files transfer!

фуф... а по русски - может, стоит выложить конвертированный образ с одним только первым патчем? он лезет по ftp гораздо легче! (всего-то со второго-третьего раза))) а дальше обновиться можно уже хоть на cfw, хоть на ofw...
