Yes, this is true:
I used EBOOT.BIN from Update NPEB01797 and RAP from PSN Game NPEB01797.
(The difference is not, you can take the EBOOT.BIN from game BLES01916, but I do not have a disk image, then there is no need for RAP or you can take the EBOOT.BIN from the Update BLES01916. All the same the KLicense of all will be the same)
EBOOT.BIN put in ps3tools\tools\scetool; RAP put in ps3tools\tools\scetool\RAPS;
Then info.edat and RAP taken from DLC "Fighting Chance Pack" (3,14 MB) and put in PUTIN

And you downloaded the full NPEB01797 DLCs from PsnStuff?

1. The Evil Within - Fighting Chance Pack (3,14 MB) - only Unlock EDAT
2. The Evil Within Season Pass (no link in PsnStuff) - we have only Unlock EDAT (this is a set of 3 DLCs)
3. The Evil Within DLC The Assignment (1,5 GB) - unpack USRDIR to BLES01916
4. The Evil Within DLC The Consequence (1,73 GB) - unpack USRDIR to BLES01916
5. The Evil Within DLC The Executioner (612,29 MB) - unpack USRDIR to BLES01916

Well, try then signed the DLC for NPEB01797. Extract them USRDIR to a folder BLES01916...(archive in attachment)
