Проблемы будут только если имя файла слишком длинное, касается только MP4, вот фикс:

mp4box support only 71 symbol in out path. Added auto cut for this. (Deaf Raiders problem)
CO / 110 will decode as ID 1 now, it may help. If don`t try don`t use indexing for this file.
Also this patch add compatibility with 64-bit systems.
