Now i have another PSP3000 TA-095 which i has flash Infinity V1 and dead now. So now i decided to remove the chip (but i can't found any Samsung chip anymore).

Now this is the chip with CXD5029. As i count on the chip, it's 24x24. That's mean i need a BGA576 Adapter.





It's seems same as my PSP2000 TA-088 chip as well.






Now i need the information of the chip pinout to making a BGA adapter. Any clue? Erik?

Вопрос на вскидку, можно ли как то узнать MSID карты, если нет живой PSP ????

у переходников Micro SD->Memory Stick Duo могут быть одинаковые MSID, их даже выкладывали в какой-то теме.

Спасибо за статью... Вопрос решил... ПСП 2000 v3 востановил благодаря статье. Чтоб узнать msid пришлось купить разбитую первую, починить и уже потом востановить вторую. Теперь имею 2 шт ))))
